Nissan reports best September sales ever for Europe

ROLLE, Switzerland (Oct. 10, 2017) – Nissan today announced European sales for September of 83,129 vehicles (Nissan and Datsun), best September sales volume ever, representing a market share of 4.5%. Unit sales rose 6.3% from a year earlier.

September highlights:

  • Sales in Russia totaled 9,384 vehicles, representing a market share of 6.4%.
  • Sales in the U.K. totaled 28,252 vehicles, representing a market share of 6.5%.
  • Sales in Germany totaled 6,511 vehicles, representing a market share of 2.2%.
  • Sales in Spain totaled 5,292vehicles, representing a market share of 5.4%.
  • Sales in France totaled 7,140 vehicles, representing a market share of 3.4%.
  • Datsun sales in Russia totaled 2,554 vehicles in September.
  • Nissan in Italy recorded sales of 7,256 vehicles in September, representing a market share of 3.9%.
